Frank Turner delivers

Here are a few tracks from Frank Turner's album England Keep My Bones.

It's a little bit folky and celtic with good rockin' bits, it's also very British with a somewhat Billy Bragg feel and it wouldn't sound out of place coming out of Atlantic Canada either.  This guy would whip an audience into a sing-along, pint-pounding frenzy.  I'd love to see him live.  Speaking of which, he's playing the Queen Elizabeth Theatre on May 18 and 19.

And there's something about Frank's singing and lyrics that makes it impossible for me to read while listening to him.

"I Still Believe"

"Westessex Boy"

"If Ever I Stray"

"Peggy Sang the Blues"

Great rationalist song - there is NNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO god - "Glory Hallelujah"

Thank god for rational songwriters.

And here's a cool little documentary.
