Peterborough Ontario's Lonely Parade were up first and played a solid set of innovative yet accessible tunes that impressed me greatly.
I enjoyed their powerful tunes with cool guitar parts and a dynamic rhythm section. They used varied tempos, sometimes quirky and off kilter beats and riffs, along with shifts in intensity to complement their unique sound. They told us that they had recorded a full-length album over the summer and that it's coming out soon. Can't wait.
Check out some of their music and watch for them in your town.
