Joyce Manor played a set packed with quick, powerful pop punk tunes. I enjoyed the fun, bouncy energy they bring to their music. Their latest album 40 oz. to Fresno is out now.

TURF Day 2: Band 8: Joyce Manor

I kind of hesitate to use the genre name, but I will. Joyce Manor are a pop-punk band from Torrence, California. Raise your hand if you've only heard of Torrence because Dirk Diggler is from there.

Joyce Manor closed out the South Stage of TURF for Day 2 for a small but enthusiastic audience who knew all the words. I liked what I heard and will keep an eye on them.
