NXNE 2019: Greys - Concert Photos

Greys always play an intense set. They project calm intensity in their stage presence, and all the power comes through the speakers and from singer/guitarist Shehzaad Jiwani's voice. I caught their set at the intersection of Yonge and Queen West during NXNE.

Greys at The Recroom - Concert Photos

This show at The Recroom in downtown Toronto marked my first time seeing Greys live. They played a solid set of noisy and intense post-punk tunes with cool vocal effects. I'd see them again in a heartbeat.

They played after Casper Skulls and before Chastity and surprise special guests of the eventing, Alexisonfire. Click through for those pics.
