controller.controller are a Canadian alternative rock band from Toronto. They put out their amazing X-Amounts album 10 years ago today. They reformed earlier this year and have played a few shows. I was all lined up to see one of them and then sadly couldn't make it. I hope to catch them live because I never did back in the day.
X-Amounts is a solid album that mixes cool, danceable alt-rock beats with great riffs and catchy melodies. It all comes together in some of my favourite songs ever. Take a listen to a bunch:
