I really loved California X's 2013 self-titled début album and I especially loved the tune "Spider X". They've got a new album called Nights In The Dark coming out January 13 and here are three intense, darkly rockin' tunes:

California X are an American alternative rock band. They progress right through the checklist: loud guitars? check! pounding drums? check! loud guitars? check! growling bass? check! loud guitars? Well, you get the ideas. These are guitars with the thickness. The thickness that would make Dinosaur Jr. proud.
