NXNE 2017: Bleachers at Portlands - Concert Photos

Bleachers rocked the main stage at NXNE Portlands. I'm a big fan of fun. and I really got to appreciate the fun (no pun intended) power pop music from Bleachers when I caught the live show. Jack Antonoff and the band do a great job in delivering a big-time rock show and are obviously having a great time delivering it.

In addition to the band's solid tunes and high-energy delivery, we got a great cover of Fleetwood Mac's "Go Your Own Way". I'm a big fan of a good cover and I love Rumours, so I loved hearing the tune. And they have two drummers!

Los Angeles based electronic pop band Muna are so much fun. I caught them on the Portlands stage at NXNE. They put so much energy, attitude and passion into their live show. They are so polished and professional without ever seeming like they're going through the motions.

NXNE 2017: Son Little at Portlands - Concert Photos

Son Little came from Philly to play future soul for the NXNE 2017 Portlands audience. I first saw Son Little at Hillside Festival in Guelph. Those photos are here.

Son Little play really good blues rock with funky grooves and cool guitar work. "Blue Magic" is a new song that just came out.
