Riverfest Elora 2025: Gavin McLeod on the Koop Tent Stage - Concert Photos

Milton, Ontario's Gavin McLeod's music and performance counts as my second great new discovery from this year's Riverfest Elora. They played the Koop Tent stage to kick off the Saturday lineup.

They played excellent, soulful rock tunes that impressed me and lots of other folks in attendance.

Take a look at all my other pics from Riverfest right here in one post.

Riverfest Elora 2025: The J-Strokes on the Main Stage - Concert Photos

Guelph, Ontario's The J-Strokes got things started on the Main stage for the second day of Riverfest Elora. I'd describe their sound as blues and roots-influenced with a little of a yacht rock vibe.

All my Riverfest Elora coverage is right here.

And here's a tune from The J-Strokes:

"Safe House"

Riverfest Elora 2025: Silversun Pickups on the Main Stage - Concert Photos

Los Angeles California alt rock band Silversun Pickups had the Friday night headlining spot at this year's Riverfest Elora. I love this band's sound and energy. Their set included some of my favourite tunes, like "Panic Switch" and of course "Lazy Eye". They even played a bit of "Crazy Train" no doubt as a tribute to the late, great Ozzy Osbourne.

All my Riverfest Elora coverage is conveniently consolidated into one post that you can find right here.

And you can rock out to Silversun Pickups' "Lazy Eye"

Riverfest Elora 2025: Marcy Playground on the Grasslands Stage - Concert Photos

Marcy Playground closed out the Grasslands stage for the first night of the fifteenth edition of Riverfest Elora. They sounded great, and although I didn't hear them play it, I trust that they played an awesome rendition of "Sex and Candy".

All my posts from this year's Riverfest are all collected into one post here.
