Singer songwriter Chris Cresswell opened things up for Dave Hause & the Mermaid for their biggest Canadian show yet and The Horseshoe Tavern. You may know Chris from his role in The Flatliners, as many in the crowd certainly did, based on the response he got when he played a couple of Flatliners tunes.

Chris played immediately likeable tunes about his pain and had many in the crowd singing along and harmonizing with the tunes.

I caught The Flatliners at Riverfest Elora in 2018. Check out my photos of that show right here. My photos of Dave Hause & the Mermaid are here.

Check out some of Chris' tunes below and check him out, with or without The Flatliners, next time you can.

His cover of Dead to Me's "Arrhythmic Palpitations"

Flatliners' "Bury Me"

"To the Wind"

His latest song, "Feel"
