Ace of Wands at The Danforth Music Hall - Concert Photos

Toronto indie/progressive rock band Ace of Wands was first up on The Danforth Music Hall stage ahead of The Lowest of the Low's celebration of their new album Agitpop. Check out my photos of The Low's set here.

Ace of Wands' set featured hints of Rush-style mythical soundscapes and progressive rock, and I think it goes beyond the Taurus pedals. The melodies and harmonies were soaring and beautiful with intricate musical interludes. Ace of Wands play challenging and complex tunes in an age of short attention spans.
