Royal Mountain Records has a roster of amazing artists. They've also shown how much they care for those artists by creating the Royal Mountain Mental Health Fund, which provides funding for mental health support for artists on the label. It's something that many hope will be repeated by other labels and music industry groups. Along with Exclaim and NXNE, Royal Mountain Records put on a fundraiser BBQ to support the Fund and provide some great entertainment.

I guess it shouldn't be a total surprise that a band formed by a founding member of Holy Fuck got tagged with my description of "soundscapes". The band is Dusted and they play highly enjoyable, ornately crafted, organic, musical excursions.

Listen to their music below, and please check out my coverage of the other artists at this great show:

"Backwoods Ritual"

"Dead Eyes"

"There Somehow"

"(Into the) Atmosphere"
