Vancouver acid/psych/classic rockers Black Mountain cruised through Toronto, stopping in at The Legendary Horseshoe Tavern on July 18. A relentlessly enthusiastic crowd packed into the front-of-stage area to be close to this talented band. Their set featured extended, dynamic jams that highlighted the vocal and instrumental talent on stage. The Les Paul sounded amazing, their drummer beat his kit with massive force and it all came together in rock solid, glorious noise.
Check out some of my favourite Black Mountain tunes:
"The Hair Song"
"Old Fangs"
"Wilderness Heart"
