Charles Bradley and his Extraordinaires played Toronto's Nathan Phillips Square for Panamania, the Arts & Culture Program of The 2015 Pan Am Games, on July 21. Charles delivers his own brand of soulful R&B with a great backing band. I was told that I should not miss this performance and I pushed through a giant wall of tired to take it in. I was not disappointed.
