Sleater-Kinney formed in Olympia Washington in 1994. They put out 7 studio albums filled with incredible tunes and have achieved legendary status in alternative music circles. They put it all on hold in 2006 and regrouped earlier this year. They're releasing a new album called No Cities to Love on January 20 of next year and have some tour dates planned for February and March.
In the meantime, they've allowed us to listen to some of the new tunes. Here are "Surface Envy" and
