New music from Torres

I caught Torres opening for Strand of Oaks at The Horseshoe Tavern here in Toronto. I even took some pics. I was impressed with her solo performance and described her music as, "...raw emotion; songs and stories that are stripped bare and told in the first person."

She recently shared a new track called "Strange Hellos" that features a full band and with it, a heavy take on that personal, emotive music. In short, it sounds great and I'd love to catch the full-band version of Torres on stage. Her new album Sprinter comes out in May.
