Jay Som at The Garrison - Concert Photos

Oakland-based songwriter Melina Duterte's musical project is Jay Som. I caught their recent performance at Toronto venue The Garrison. I'd been hearing lots of buzz about this band and was impressed with their peaceful and friendly demeanour, careful and intricate melodies, huge dynamic shifts that went from chill to intense, and their great guitar interplay.
