Sam Coffey and The Iron Lungs at The Garrison's Tenth Anniversary Party - Concert Photos

Toronto power pop / rock band Sam Coffey and The Iron Lungs headlined this night of The Garrison's tenth anniversary celebrations. I've seen the band a bunch of times, and from the first gig at Riverfest Elora where they truly became my new favourite band, right through to this show, they are consistently absolutely amazing. Their powerful delivery, the catchy and always inspiring tunes, and the pure love of music make every show special. I look forward to every gig and I love every song that comes up on my playlists.

This show was a great mix of shout-along tunes that are becoming classic and new material that we'll look forward to on their next album. The band puts everything into their live show, filling the stage with the three-guitar front line, textural keys and an amazing rhythm section, held together by Sam's charisma, intensity and presence. It's a magical combination that never fails to lift my spirits.
