Against Me! at Sound Academy

Against Me! were the second act to hit the stage on September 19 at Sound Academy. Sandwiched between Northcote and headliners The Gaslight Anthem, Against Me! triumphantly took to the stage and proceeded to kick everyone's ass with their relentless, high energy musical assault.

Laura Jane Grace has an incredible stage presence. She's imposingly tall and viscous in her assault of the guitar and powerful in her vocal attack on the microphone. They are a fantastic band to witness in the live environment. The audience responded in kind with high energy, enthusiasm and a wild pit. Against Me! were a full sensory experience to behold.
