Lorde is a 16 year old from New Zealand. Listen to her music and I'm sure you'll agree that she doesn't sound like many people's preconceived notions of the music a teenager would produce. It's electronic, but with a welcome depth of emotion and maturity. And those melodies. Sounds like she's quite down-to-earth and level-headed too.
