Denmark's Mew came through Toronto playing at Lee's Palace on October 7. They're on tour supporting their most recent album + -. They told us that it had been six years since they'd hit Toronto on tour. They had a good showing of fans on hand to hear their impeccable live sound and sprawling instrumentation. Their tunes feature high-flying vocals, huge power chords and layers of melody. One remarkable thing is the band sounds as polished on stage as they do on their albums
Check out some tunes:

Main set closing tune "156"
