Riverfest Elora 2016: Day 1: Band 4: Dear Rouge - Concert Pictures

I've had a few missed connections with Vancouver-based electronic pop rock band Dear Rouge in the past and for this year's Riverfest Elora, I managed to actually catch their performance.

Singer and keyboardist Danielle McTaggert has amazing energy and is a magnetic performer. The rest of the band do an awesome job of creating the rest of the groove, melody and musical magic that makes up the Dear Rouge sound. The songs are exquisitely crafted pop gems with big beats and huge ear-worm choruses. Dear Rouge played a solid set featuring all the hits and a cover of Blondie's "Call Me".
