Riverfest Elora 2016: Day 3: Band 4: Reuben and The Dark - Concert Pictures

It's been a couple of years since I saw Reuben and The Dark for the first time at Field Trip. I caught their main stage set at Riverfest Elora on Sunday, August 21. They're from Calgary and they play a cool indie folk/soul music. I enjoyed their mellow intensity with songs that continue to grow on me every time I hear them. The music unveils its multiple layers through varied instrumentation and the choruses become more rousing with repeated exposure.
