Classic Canadian Alternative: Martha and the Muffins

Martha and the Muffins got started in 1977. Their international hit single "Echo Beach" came from their first album, 1980's Metro Music. After a few more albums and dissent within the band, they became M+M and released the Danseparc album. I have fond memories of their big tunes and "Echo Beach" is still a favourite tune in my library.
