TURF 2016: Fort York Day 1: Simone Denny - Concert Pictures

Simone Denny was the first act to hit the TURF stage for the outdoor portion of this year's festival at Fort York Garrison Common. Toronto-based Denny is a veteran of the Canadian music scene and it was wonderful to catch her performing classic-sounding rhythm and blues with her beautiful voice and a tight band. I enjoyed her cover of ABC's "The Look of Love (Part One)".
