Monster Truck at The Roxy Theatre - Concert Pictures

Monster Truck put on an awesome hard rock/metal show at Barrie's Roxy Theatre on May 27. This was my first time capturing the unchained fury of this incredibly powerful Hamilton, Ontario band and it was an incredible experience.

Unfortunately, they were plagued by sound problems for the first 4-5 songs where the PA would cut out entirely. The band carried on with consummate professionalism and once things got sorted out, the momentum and energy of the performance carried on. The crowd was super in to the show and turned the Roxy into a hot, sweaty and immensely fun rock show.

"Old Train" really got the crowd participation going and the crowd in the pit kept the bouncers on high alert all the way through to encore tunes like "Sweet Mountain River". Other tunes like "Don't Tell Me How to Live", "Why Are You Not Rocking?", "The Enforcer" and "Black Forest" made this a good old rock show to remember.
